Any publishing of such and above mentioned content will be removed and if necessary legal steps will be taken.
  4. It is not allowed to collect any details of our users for private or commercial purposes without their written consent.

Restrictions on Content

We reserve the right at all times (but will not have an obligation) to remove or refuse to distribute any content on the Services and to terminate users or reclaim usernames.

Any use of our content or Services will not be use to an unlawful activities, any video of content that is defamatory, implicitly or explicitly offensive or vulgar obscene, threatening, abusive, hateful, racist, discriminatory, of a menacing character or likely to cause annoyance, inconvenience, embarrassment, anxiety or could cause harassment to any person or include any links to pornographic, will be a breach of these Terms of Service .

Our Commitments

Calendful is a website offering most of the services for free, however you will find some services, which require an insertion fee. We will always inform you up front about this as well as about any changes to our fee policy that may occur in the future. Generally, the fees must be paid before the services will be enabled, we do not provide refunds.

Please be aware that we do not accept any responsibility for transactions between users, for any action related to our website or for any content uploaded or posted by users. It is in our best interest to avoid disturbing content of any nature, however we are reviewing some of the uploaded content. On this account we kindly ask you to use “Report it” form to inform us about any inappropriate, indecent or unlawful posting. We will remove it immediately.

Controlling Law and Jurisdiction

Calendful fall in The Court of England and Wales exclusive jurisdiction. In case of disagreements between Calendful and you, both sides agree to submit disputes to The Court of England and Wales, without regard to or application of its conflict of law provisions or your state or country of residence. All claims, legal proceedings or litigation arising in connection with the Services will be brought solely in England, London, and you consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum. However, we recommend you to contact us first on support@Calendful.com to find solution to any issues that might arise in relation to Calendful website in an arbitrary way.

Subscription

A subscription will be charged based on the account type individual vs organisation. Every account will be able to try our services for free for 14 days. Organisation will be charged per number of registered employyes under their account. The charge will be reviewed once a subscription cycle and charged accordingly.

Summary

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire and exclusive agreement between Calendful and you regarding the Services, and these Terms supersede and replace any prior agreements between Calendful and you regarding the Services.

We may revise these Terms from time to time, the most current version will always be at Calendful .
